Time: Registration starts at 8:00 am -- Pre-walk activities: Canine Costume Contest starts at 8:15. The six categories will be: Best in Show, Top Dog, Most Creative, Most Patriotic, Best Fiesta Flair and Best Matched Human and Dog. Walk starts at 9:30am
